LEZIONI DI TENEBRE
(The Lessons service had to “begin in such a way as to end after sunset,” hence the name “Tenebre” (darkness). These services take on a character of mourning, sadness, and pain. The full text of the Lessons retraces the last moments of Jesus' life.)
This is Valentino Barachini's last photographic work, published in only 15 copies using found paper.
Each copy, numbered and signed, contains a photo printed in a darkroom on polythene paper.
The closed format is approximately 30x38 cm.
While viewing, we recommend listening to Francois Couperin.
